  • Control, evaluate the quality of imported – exported raw materials, finished products, semi-finished products and stored in the warehouse according to the company’s procedures
  • Manage standardization, testing/inspection, certification of origin… of products
  • Directly inspect input materials, check the quality of output products to control product quality as declared. If the analysis results are unqualified, immediately notify the head of the department
  • Coordinate with Purchasing Department to evaluate suppliers and materials
  • Manage laboratory equipments and machinery
  • Classify and detect defective semi-finished and finished products and give directions for handling
  • Assess and classify the quality of returned products: quality, quantity, cause
  • Communicate, exchange information with departments in the company and handle and resolve internal requests
  • Draft and carry out procedures for announcing the quality of new and re-registered products
  • Plan activities for the Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly and arrange for departmental work.
  • Improve the quality control process of factories and production workshops
  • Report to the Head of Department and the Director on the quality situation at the factory and production workshops
  • In charge of team personnel
  • Perform other duties as required by superiors


  • Have good background knowledge, have a degree related to the field of wood products
  • Ability to read technical documents related to the standards of wood products and wood products for export
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team, self-disciplined – proactive – flexible in the working process
  • Be honest, careful – help limit errors and ensure work efficiency in the best way
  • Proficient in office computer skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in QC work related to export goods
