JOB DESCRIPTION
- Contact with customers; introduce and consult about products; after-sales customer care (Based on customer contact provided from Marketing, contact to introduce products to foreign customers via online means (On e-commerce platforms, Whatsapp, Wechat, Viber, Skype… ) and meet face to face)
- Continuously update progress with purchasing department
- Work directly with forwarders to serve the transaction process
- Update the company’s database
- Timely update information and feedback from customers and other sources with competent management to solve problems, ensure efficient and smooth operation of the company
- Contribute to the development of internal processes and regulations
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Passionate in sales
- Proficient in office softwares
- Able to work under pressure, good teamwork and problem solving skills
- Have a sense of responsibility and honesty
- At least 1 year of international sales or customer service experience (B2B)
- Understanding the production process
- English level: Proficient in 4 skills
