  • Contact with customers; introduce and consult about products; after-sales customer care (Based on customer contact provided from Marketing, contact to introduce products to foreign customers via online means (On e-commerce platforms, Whatsapp, Wechat, Viber, Skype… ) and meet face to face)
  • Continuously update progress with purchasing department
  • Work directly with forwarders to serve the transaction process
  • Update the company’s database
  • Timely update information and feedback from customers and other sources with competent management to solve problems, ensure efficient and smooth operation of the company
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes and regulations
  • Other tasks as assigned by superiors


  • Passionate in sales
  • Proficient in office softwares
  • Able to work under pressure, good teamwork and problem solving skills
  • Have a sense of responsibility and honesty
  • At least 1 year of international sales or customer service experience (B2B)
  • Understanding the production process
  • English level: Proficient in 4 skills


  • Salary: 15,000,000 VND – 20,000,000 VND or unlimited (Fixed salary + % commission)
